Beckett Rankine have been engaged to assist with the restoration of the iron hulled barque “Polly Woodside”. Built in 1885 the ship is the centrepiece of Melbourne Maritime Museum in South Australia. Beckett Rankine are assisting BMT Defence Services (Australia) in assessing the ship’s condition, planning her slipping and determining her future conservation strategy.
