The Ardmore Group have appointed Beckett Rankine jointly with URS to advise on major residential development in Brighton marina’s outer harbour.

The Wilkinson Eyre designed development consists of a number of tower blocks with the largest being 40 storeys high. These buildings are located above the outer harbour spending beach which presents many challenges for their construction. In the first phase of the work Beckett Rankine are directing and managing mathematical and physical wave modelling of the scheme proposals in order to optimise the design of the scheme’s substructures.
