Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Meridian Port Services Consortium for development of a container terminal at the Port of Tema. The MPS Consortium consists of Maersk, Bollore, Mersey Docks and Harbours Authority, Bouygues, Beckett Rankine, Bathgate Management and Sutton Investments.
