The Port Finance International conference was held this week at Novotel Juhu Beach, Mumbai. This was the first PFI conference to be held in India and was well attended by key players in the fast expanding Indian port development sector. All the presentations were followed by lively discussion sessions. Gordon Rankine’s paper was on “Planning and Risk Management in the Indian Ports Structure”
