The London Development Agency (LDA) together with the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Port of London Authority (PLA) have commissioned a team lead by The Tourism Company to review and report on options for the construction of a cruise terminal in London. The Tourism Company’s team includes cruise specialists Seatrade and Beckett Rankine.

London has a long standing need for a shore based cruise terminal but previous attempts at site identification have all failed to deliver. This study is to examine the problem holistically in order to identify the most suitable location(s) and the most appropriate and deliverable form for the terminal.
