Beckett Rankine have been commissioned to design a free fall lifeboat training facility for the Glasgow Seamanship Centre.

The facility will consist of a lifeboat launch tower sited in the River Clyde together with a berthing pontoon, access brow and link bridges. One of the difficulties for our client, the ERDC Group, is the very restricted  access to the site so we are designing the equipment to be as easy to install as possible.
