Pearl Beach Hotels Ltd have started construction of the show home for the new residential marina development at English Point, Mombasa. The site is located along an inland creek approximately a mile from the coastline and includes yacht berths, breakwater, sailing centre and a slipway for launch and recovery of boats. Beckett Rankine have worked on the marine facilities with architects Nigel Mackenzie and Broadway Malyan.
