Yesterday (27 January) London Borough of Greenwich’s Planning Board unanimously voted to grant planning consent for West Properties’ proposals for a cruise terminal and associated development at Enderby Wharf in Greenwich. The project, which will provide London with its first ever cruise terminal, is strategically located mid way between the O2 Arena and historic Greenwich. With Beckett Rankine on West Properties’ design team for the terminal are Ian Simpson Architects and cruise specialists G P Wild.
